The joinery in the complex is a combination of wood and aluminum, achieving the perfect balance between the natural warmth of wood and the strength of aluminum. For windows and glass surfaces, we use high-quality Guardian glass, which offers excellent thermal and sound insulation, with additional protection from UV radiation.

Emerald Garden Residence uses a central heating and cooling system with heat pumps. This energy-efficient system allows for environmentally friendly maintenance of a pleasant temperature in the residential units.

Rehau underfloor heating provides even heat and an additional sense of comfort during colder days, while ceiling cooling ensures a pleasant feeling of freshness in the rooms without unpleasant air currents.

Internal partition walls made of 25cm thick Wienerberger AKU blocks stand out with superior sound and thermal insulation along with exceptional structural stability. This solution guarantees privacy and peace to every resident, making life inside the complex even more pleasant.

In Emerald Garden Residence, sound insulation has been brought to an enviable level thanks to the use of natural materials such as cork. Cork is known for its outstanding acoustic properties, enabling noise reduction and creating a peaceful environment. For the entrance doors of all residential units, we use exclusively solid wood, in cooperation with the company VHM Solutions. In addition to aesthetic appeal, these doors provide additional security and durability, perfectly combining functionality and design.
