To remain in harmony with the natural environment where the building is located, we have installed natural elements in the architecture itself; therefore, on the roof, roofing above the entrance and on the terraces – we have special green areas. In addition to aesthetic momentum, this type of surface also serves as a natural thermal insulator, protecting the building from overheating and cooling.

Special layers of material are also added to protect the installation of the green surface, which consists of as many as 24 plant species. This guarantees absolute impermeability of water vapor and thermal insulation, as well as a special drainage system of excess water during the winter months and water retention during the summer so that the green roof can survive in all weather conditions.

Creating the exterior in harmony with the environment, the quality of the facade cladding was imperative as to best resist all external influences of the environment and provide high-level protection to future Emerald Garden residents.
