For optimal sound insulation and longevity, the water supply and sewage systems were implemented using the Rehau Raupiano Plus and Rautitan systems. They provide almost silent water flow, resistance to wear and extreme temperatures, while contributing to the energy efficiency and sustainability of the building.
Waterproofing: Superior protection and longevity with the Sika system
The waterproofing of the renowned Sika brand ensures complete protection of the building from moisture and water penetration, even in the most difficult weather conditions. This system preserves the structure and aesthetics of the resort, guaranteeing long-term resistance in the mountain environment.
Wooden ventilated facade: Natural elegance and superior insulation
The facade made of Nordic thermo-treated spruce and URSA glass wool (25 cm) provides exceptional thermal and sound insulation, reduces energy consumption and ensures a long service life of up to 70 years. Natural materials for a harmonious fit into the Durmitor environment.
Roof covering: Gerard Corona profile – durability and superior protection
The roof is made of aluminum-zinc steel Gerard Corona profile, known for its resistance to extreme weather conditions and UV radiation. Long service life and minimal maintenance make it an ideal solution for mountain conditions.
Plaster works: Knauf W115 for exceptional sound insulation
The interior partition walls are made with the Knauf W115 system, which provides sound insulation up to 83 dB, guaranteeing peace and privacy. This system contributes to the durability and functionality of the space.
Ceramics and sanitary ware: Elegance through premium materials
The floor and wall coverings were selected from the exclusive Porcelanosa line (Gent Arrow 3D Roble and Dorcia Block Bone), while the sanitary ware of the same brand brings sophistication and luxury to every bathroom, ensuring a high level of aesthetics and functionality.
Underfloor heating: The perfect balance of comfort and energy efficiency
The Rehau system's underfloor heating system ensures even heat distribution without cold spots, reducing energy consumption and operating costs, while a 10-year warranty confirms its longevity.
Smart complex management: Advanced RMS and BMS systems
The integration of the RMS (Room Management System) allows guests full control over temperature, lighting and ventilation, while the BMS (Building Management System) optimizes energy efficiency and reduces maintenance costs, making Emerald Mountain Resort a smart and sustainable facility.
