To continuously introduce innovations into each project we are implementing, for the first time in residential buildings in Montenegro we have used certain systems and materials.

One of them is certainly a unique cooling and heating system – the SAMSUNG WIND-FREE ^TM MULTI SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM.

It consists of one outdoor unit that is located outside the apartment and has independent technical access for service and maintenance, as well as up to five indoor Wind-Free ™ units, depending on the number of rooms in the apartment.

• Core of the innovative Samsung Multi Split system is the FJM outdoor unit with a dual rotary 8-pole inverter BLDC compressor (unlike conventional devices that have a single 4-pole compressor). This design makes the device uncompromising and provides near-silent operation with the highest energy efficiency.
• For each kWh of primary (electricity) input, the system delivers over 4kWh of thermal energy with a COP of over 400%.
• Premium device design ensures longevity, high stability, and reliable operation.
• Even under extreme conditions, the Samsung FJM system functions optimally so no additional devices are required. The system provides stable heating of your home up to – 20 ° and cooling up to + 50 °.
• Smart invert system provides the required temperature within moments after being switched on and provides continuous and automatic adjustment to external and internal conditions

WHAT IS WIND-FREE ™ COOLING TECHNOLOGY?

Samsung’s patented Wind-Free ™ technology allows cooling and heating without any unpleasant exhaust and provides ultimate comfort in your home. After reaching it reaches the desired temperature, the system releases cold or warm air evenly, without any unpleasant odors.

With 21,000 micro-holes in the panel, Wind-Free ™ technology gently and evenly vents air throughout the room and maintains a comfortable temperature without exhaust. These micro holes are most important in creating a type of airflow called still air, which cools/heats the room gradually and noticeably, without drafts.

SMART FEATURE

You can manage Samsung air conditioners through the SmartThings App on your smartphone or PC. With this app, you can turn on/off devices, manage various features, set up work schedules anytime, anywhere!

Air purification

In addition to the heating and cooling features, this system also has an integrated air purification function that comes in several stages:

Step 1 – Easy Filter Plus – filters contaminants and allergens from the air

Step 2 – PM2.5 Filter – removes 99% of fine dust, cigarette smoke, and other particles

Step 3 – Spi Ionizer – Produces active hydrogen, which, together with oxygen ions, neutralizes certain harmful viruses, bacteria, molds and allergens
